The client needed a way to automatically receive leads from Realtor.com and distribute them to 4 assigned agents. However, there were several challenges: • Realtor.com is a third-party lead source, making CRM integration difficult • Leads needed to be distributed automatically to the correct agent • Each assigned agent had their own CRM subaccount, requiring individual routing • Manual lead entry caused delays and increased the risk of missed opportunities Without automation, the team had to manually move lead information, assign agents, and notify the team — slowing response times and affecting conversion rates.
I built an automated lead routing system using Inbound Webhooks, lead mapping, conditional logic, and CRM automation.
